This journey from the Beltway to Greenbelt Road required the paddlers several times to climb out of their kayaks, drag them over logs, and re-enter the boats without capsizing in the swift water. The creek is not passable except at high water, but such floods can be dangerous, and this outing is not recommended for inexperienced paddlers.
